CrossFit Live Is Coming!

Sunday night starting at 7 PM PST I'll be on CrossFit Live as part of an all-star panel discussing training the untrained and detrained. Jeff Martin, Brand X Martial Arts, Lani Lau, Senior Trainer from CF Santa Cruz and Robb Wolf of CF NorCal and I will be covering different aspects of the adaptability and scalibility of the CF protocol. I'm on last from 8:45 - 9:15 or so.
