Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes!

It'’s been a busy few months at CrossFit Ohio! New equipment, fantastic progress made by current clients, the fresh faces of new clients and a new website are all great news for everybody concerned.

There are some changes in the near future. Due to professional and personal obligations I find it necessary to establish a new schedule. As of 2 April the CrossFit Ohio training schedule will be:

Sunday 8:00 and 9:00 AM
Monday -– Friday 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 AM

These are all class time slots. There will be up to 4 athletes in a slot. I'’ll accommodate anyone wishing a private session in one of these times as possible. This means if no one else wants to be in a class at that time or chooses not to train at another time. By definition this will be charged at the private training rate (see: Fee Schedule). The Beginners Program will still be conducted one-on-one at times that we'll work out.

This is an increase in the number of class times from 18 to 22. This should allow everyone the opportunity for 3-5 sessions a week.
