For those of you who do not yet clean we'll practice in the warm up portion of the session. If this isn't possible sub SDHP (sumo deadlift high pulls) for the cleans and we'll learn the clean for next time. Pulls are not the same but they are useful and an important part of the clean. Keep the bar close to the body, pull with the arms at the last moment.
Do the most challenging dip variation you can. They're presented above in descending order. Any of these can be assisted with bands and/or jumping. The more difficult the variation the more muscle familiarity you create.
