Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating (r,l,r,l,r,l,r,l,r,l)
15 Pull-ups
As Rx'd
Pride
Cindy x 15 minutes
Cubs
Cindy x 10 minutes
Keep moving. 10 minutes fast is a heck of a lot of work.
