400m sprint
95# overhead squat x 15

Pride
4 rounds for time

200m sprint
65# overhead squat x 15

Cubs
3 rounds for time

200m sprint
45# overhead squat x 15

Practice OHS thoroughly beforehand. Heels down, bar directly over the ears, everything locked in. Use a PVC and check form. Be precise.

The sprints are, well, sprints. Go, already. Intensity is king. The 200's are because I want you to go fast. A fast 200 is more useful than a lazy 400.
